BRIEF: Attract a new, younger customer to Arby’s. INSIGHT: Young singles don’t give a damn about pictures of 99 cent burgers on their social feeds. But they love in-jokes about movies, games and tv. IDEA: Play with your food! Use the food and packaging as a canvas to create our unique contribution to pop culture. EXECUTION: This is the most successful social campaign I know of, with engagement in the hundreds of thousands. Every week Arby’s crafts fun, inventive comments on games, tv shows and movie releases in our unique stop frame, home-crafted style. Check out the latest on IG.
